Mathew Shaw - OT, CHT
An occupational therapist and clinic owner, with 20 years of experience in hand and upper limb rehabilitation Mathew graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1991. He completed his certification in hand therapy in 1997 and is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists. He is the only certified hand therapist in Northwestern Ontario and is a member of the American Society of Shoulder and Elbow Therapists (ASSET). He has a special interest in rehabilitation of post-operative shoulders, and splinting of the hand, wrist and elbow.

Matthew Eaton MScPT
Matt graduated from the Queen’s University Masters’ of Physical Therapy program in 2013-14. He works with post-operative hand and upper limb rehabilitation, as well as, with chronic adult orthopedics. He is an avid soccer and hockey fan, recently returned from the World Cup in Brazil. He juggles…

Cordie Stark
Cordie is a paramedic graduate who comes to us with previous clinical experience. Her warm and friendly personality, combined with her desire to continuously learn new things, makes her a wonderful addition to the H.U.L.C team. She has a keen interest in custom splinting and looks forward to the challenge. She lives a very healthy lifestyle and in her spare time she can be found running marathons, biking, playing hockey or going to the gym.

Adam Blando MScPT
Adam is a graduate from McMaster University in 2015. He has a background in Sports Medicine and a personal interest in sport specific injuries and rehabilitation of the upper extremity. He is currently working towards his Sport Physiotherapy Certification this coming year. He is actively involved with Hockey Canada as a referee at an international level, and most recently officiated the World U17 hockey challenge.

Kelly Tombolan
Kelly has experience working in a medical office environment for the past 5 years, putting use to her education of medical terminology and medical office assistant courses. Her knowledge in customer service and great organizational skills are a large asset to the clinic.

Ashok Ramchandani MScOT
Ashok Ramchandani is a recent graduate of the University of Western Ontario. He is an occupational therapist with an interest in becoming a certified hand therapist. Ashok continues to extend his knowledge of hand and upper limb injuries since graduating from University of Western Ontario in 2013. He has started the Thunder Bay Hand Interest Group to allow collaboration with regional therapists and surgeons.
